3 AdSense Alternatives for Bloggers

Google’s AdSense for Publishers service has dominated the PPC (pay per click) advertising market since its introduction to the web in 2003/2004. The publisher platform is easy to use, the ads have a reliable look and feel, and the payout rate is reasonable. So, why bother with AdSense alternatives?

It’s not all good with AdSense. A common and reasonable complaint about AdSense is the $100 minimum payout amount. For many bloggers with small niche blogs, this minimum payout is unreachable. Additionally, AdSense is notorious for banning publishers over unintended infractions. Incredibly, this often takes place just before the first payout is made.

Many bloggers don’t realize that many AdSense alternatives are available to those banned from the AdSense program, or to those who simply make the choice not to deal with Google’s overbearing rules. Here is a list of good AdSense alternatives to choose from.
